1 Day Advanced Valuation Capitalisation Training

Private Class: £1200 up to 6 delegates

Agenda:

  • Lease modelling and Valuation:
    • Holding over, froth options, outstanding reviews, void scenarios, indexed leases, inflation groups, specifying anniversary dates, hurdle rates, minimum uplifts and turnover leases.
  • Costs Modelling:
    • Portfolio fees, property and tenant level capital costs and receipts; revenue cost triggers, cost timing options and its implications in the cash flow and traditional valuation.
  • Discounted Cash Flow and Finance:
    • Review of the detailed cash flow options and assumptions
    • DCF sensitivity analysis, impact of varying growth and exit yield assumptions on return
    • Examining all the different finance options, interest only loan, mortgage (interest and capital), equity investor and auto regulating loan.
  • Analysis:
