ASC is available for three of our solutions including ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation, ARGUS Valuation - DCF and ARGUS Developer. This challenging programme is recognized by the industry as a résumé asset and the ASC designation ensures professionals have the right skills for the job.

As a commercial real estate professional, obtaining the ASC designation can help you find a job, get a promotion, and validate your skills. The 3 hour exam includes 75 multiple choice questions about the solution and a case study.
Upon successful completion of this exam, users achieve certified status in ARGUS. This certification is valid for two years, and can be renewed through taking the recertification exam. For those that receive a grade of 69% or less, a retake of the exam is available.
