Support Offerings & Policies

The ARGUS Support Service Plan is available to all customers with a current agreement and includes the following:

  • ARGUS PRODUCT UPGRADES:  Your service and maintenance plan entitle you to no cost upgrades to new releases of your products as soon as they are available.
  • MEMBERSHIP to the ARGUS ZONE Portal:  ARGUS Zone offers you access to project collaboration and deal room space, as well as access to other products and services such as elearning and online product support.
  • UNLIMITED TOLL-FREE SUPPORT:  Continue your access to our knowledgeable support team to quickly answer your questions or provide assistance with a product feature.
  • LEVERAGE YOUR INVESTMENT FOR UPGRADES:  As your organization grows, leverage your existing ARGUS product licenses to add seats or upgrade your configuration.  Licenses that are not on an active service plan cannot be used for upgrades.
  • FREE USAGE of the NEW ARGUS APPRAISAL REPORTING TOOL:  For each seat of ARGUS Valuation - DCF, ARGUS Asset Management (DYNA) or ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation (Circle) on a current service plan, you are entitled to one free seat of ARGUS Appraisal Reporting Solution (AARS)*.  The free seat of ARS does not include the support service plan, which must be purchased separately.  For more information, please contact your account representative or call: 888 MyARGUS (692-7487), direct (713) 621-4343, email info@argussoftware.com
