This process includes the use of our customers underwriting models and/or industry leading cash flow and valuation products including ARGUS Valuation - DCF, ARGUS Asset Management and ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation. Desktop underwriting services will include obtaining the required data to perform the underwriting remotely including market, demographic, comparable and operating information to incorporate into the underwriting model to evaluate overall property, execution, market and investment risk and returns.
