Hotfix - 4 January 2010
This hotfix resolves the "Invalid Date" error message.

The hotfix for ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation involves the replacement of the Invwin.exe file residing in the installation folder. Please ensure you download the correct hotfix for your existing version of ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation, as an incorrect file may prevent the software from running correctly.

Hotfix Instructions:

1. The software must not be running on any PC, including any error messages (such as an "Invalid Date" message).
2. Locate the installation folder for your software (you can find this by right clicking the desktop icon and selecting PROPERTIES)
3. Download the correct zip file for your specific version from the links below; if you are unsure of your version, follow these steps:
   1. Browse to the software installation folder (from step 2 above)
   2. Right click the Invwin.exe file and select PROPERTIES – the Version tab will reveal the software version
   3. If you are using a version prior to 2.04, please contact our support team and do not proceed further
4. Save the zip file to your installation folder for your ARGUS program (e.g. C:\Program Files\Circle Software\Visual Investor or C:\Program Files\ARGUS Software\ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation)
5. Right click the file and choose EXTRACT HERE (you may need a copy of WinZip if using any version of MS Windows before XP)
6. Click YES in answer to the message that appears asking if you want to overwrite the existing invwin.exe file
7. Your ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation program should now work normally from your desktop
