This two-day training course is designed for a current DCF or ValCap user. This training course will help you learn and get productive in ARGUS Enterprise in a short amount of time. The course will cover the AE user interface and discuss the different modules available. The course will also demonstrate how to import your programs current files (SF or CVL) into AE and audit the file for potential variances. The course will also feature best practices for using AE, and highlight the value added features that users can look forward to when using AE. A user will also learn how to model a property analysis. Then leverage all the advanced functionality that ARGUS Enterprise has to offer. Additional Case Studies throughout the class will be provided to reinforce the training material. The second day will be customized to the client’s needs where the trainer and users will work with client files, importing them in and auditing the files.
Desired Audience: Current DCF or ValCap users that are looking to transition over to AE and understand the differences between the programs.
The ARGUS Enterprise: Certification Prep Class is the perfect way to help prepare you for the AE Certification Exam. During the class an ASC trainer will prepare you for the exam by reinforcing what to expect in the two sections, along with requirements for taking the exam. To prepare for Section 1, the trainer will cover the “Top 10 Calculation Savers.” These are a few examples of the calculations a user could expect to see on the exam. After the calculations, the trainer will cover review questions and go through the answers with the users. To prepare for section 2 of the exam, an example case study will be built, reports will be generated and the users will have the chance to improve their ARGUS Enterprise navigation and data entry skills.
Desired Audience: Users and / or University students looking to become certified in ARGUS Enterprise. Along with the desire to become certified, it is also strongly recommended to take this class only if the client has purchased the Certification Bundle or has attended a 2 day AE training class.
The purpose of this one-day training is to give users a basis on how to begin working with ARGUS Enterprise in combination with the Excel add-on: XL4ADW. This training will walk users through an introduction of XL4ADW along with an example of setting XL4ADW up and securities and permissions associated with the feature. It will also instruct users on how to create input sheets that are generated with data from an AE database. Users will also alter, delete, and insert information into XL4ADW with the purpose of sending it back into ARGUS Enterprise.
