Cancellations: We realize that sometimes plans and priorities change, and you may need to cancel your registration. However, to avoid forfeiting your seminar fee, please be sure to comply with the following guidelines:

• If you need to cancel a registration, you may do so and receive a full refund if you call us 15 business days prior to the scheduled Module 1 seminar. If you do need to cancel within the 15 business days prior to the seminar, you will receive a full refund only if we are able to find a replacement for your seat.
  
  
• “No Shows” will be charged the full cost of the seminar, as the seat cannot be released to another student.
