Dallas, TX - August 16, 2002 - Realm Business Solutions, Inc. announced today the general availability of the latest versions of its industry leading financial tools for real estate portfolio management and budgeting, DYNA 11.0 and RealmBudget 3.0. DYNA is used for preparing operating projections for various commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, hotel and multi-family. RealmBudget, which is seamlessly integrated to DYNA, enables users to create comprehensive budget and forecasting models easily and with extraordinary accuracy.
RealmBudget 3.0 and DYNA 11.0 are the result of more than 50 enhancements, which are designed to improve integration and ease-of-use, while automating manual business processes. Among the many improvements is the incorporation of reXML; the Realm's open source language for exchanging data between multiple applications. Further, each product uses reXML to share data between ARGUS 10.0, released earlier this year, and additional third-party applications, such as property management systems. Realm's ARGUS 10.0 is the leading discounted cash flow application and valuation tool in the commercial real estate industry.

This latest release of RealmBudget features a number of new standard reports for the comparison of current budgets with actuals and prior year forecasts, along with the ability to track individual units within a building, providing better control over the budgeting process. DYNA 11.0 contains new advanced functionality for calculating recoveries, improving the overall accuracy of forecasts at both a property and portfolio level.
Both DYNA 11.0 and RealmBudget 3.0 are available immediately and are being shipped to existing users as part of their maintenance agreements.
