Position Strengthens New Key Account Program
Houston, TX, July 2, 2010 - ARGUS Software, the global leader for real estate valuation, analysis, asset and investment management solutions, announced today that Michael Verma has been promoted to Vice President of Key Accounts and Strategic Solutions.
"About a year ago, ARGUS launched a key accounts program to assist our clients in standardizing our solutions across their respective enterprises and achieving a greater return with the goal of providing maximum efficiency and consistency to our clients, their clients and the market," says Mark P. Kingston, president and CEO of ARGUS Software. "This has been a successful endeavor thus far and the addition of Michael to the team will add significant strength, solution and industry expertise to this initiative."
Verma has been the top sales executive at ARGUS for the last three years. Additionally, during his seven year tenure with the company, Verma has worked as a trainer and consultant to some of the world's top real estate enterprises on the ARGUS solution suite.
"Michael is already adept at forming meaningful relationships within the commercial real estate industry," continues Kingston, "in his new role, he will be well positioned to assess, recommend and advise real estate organizations on how to better know their portfolios, manage their risks and ultimately define their futures."
Verma holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma and is based in the ARGUS corporate headquarters in Houston.
