Houston, TX, May 26 2010 - Real Capital Analytics (“RCA”), the premier provider of global commercial real estate capital markets data and the new manager of the International Council of Shopping Center’s (“ICSC”) Global Shopping Center Directory is teaming up with ARGUS Software (“ARGUS”), the global leader for real estate analysis and asset management software, to make submitting data to the Global Shopping Center Directory more simple and efficient for ICSC members.
Any ICSC member that is also an ARGUS Valuation - DCF or ARGUS Asset Management user will no longer need to re-enter information to submit it for the Global Shopping Center Directory. RCA and ARGUS are working together to allow members to extract and electronically submit to ICSC the information they have already entered into their ARGUS applications. RCA and ARGUS are currently in discussions about ways to further improve the ease and efficiency of the submission process going forward. ICSC members will receive more details on the process in the coming weeks.
