the formation of a new strategic partnership,
enabling ARGUS Software to offer Resolve’s
business intelligence, portfolio management,
and investor reporting solutions for real estate
investment management.
This partnership combines the industry-proven

and cash flow projection capabilities
of the ARGUS Software product suite with
the investment management capabilities
