Dallas, TX- June 03, 2004 - Realm Business Solutions today announced the upcoming availability of the first comprehensive Business Intelligence solution focused on the Commercial Real Estate industry. Realm’s INSIGHT suite, which currently leverages the INSIGHT Reporting and INSIGHT Warehouse modules, enables access and management of the vital information that spans across the real estate enterprise – from high-volume transactions and costs to complex valuations and budget items.
Executives, employees, clients and business partners are provided with relevant and timely information from across a company’s business applications without having to access those core applications, enabling business decisions that are based on current information, rather than outdated and error-prone spreadsheets.

An optional Excel plug-in tool brings the power and ease of use of INSIGHT Reporting data access to your Excel users.
Generally available in July, the INSIGHT Warehouse creates a single high-capacity, high-performance data warehouse across all Realm products, as well as other third-party business systems, including various property management applications providing a superior blended data center for reporting and analysis across the real estate enterprise. The INSIGHT suite is built on industry-leading technology from Business Objects customized for commercial real estate users by Realm.
