Dallas, TX – August 4, 2003 – Realm Business Solutions, Inc. today announced the availability of ARGUS 11.0, the industry standard for commercial real estate cash flow analysis and valuation. Version 11.0 of the software began shipping on August 1st and boasts several key enhancements focused on improving productivity for the more than 15,000 ARGUS users worldwide.
In this latest version, ARGUS has been streamlined to minimize manual effort such as data entry and report building, while enabling the user to personalize their view of information based on their role and how they choose to work.

Creating boardroom-quality reports is easier than ever. The Report Writer feature allows users to quickly build reports in Microsoft Excel™, taking advantage of Excel’s flexible and convenient reporting capabilities while dynamically linking data elements directly to ARGUS.

The Executive Dashboard in ARGUS now enables users to select their own content, such as key performance indicators, based on their role within the organization. The easily configurable interface also provides the user the flexibility of different views for different property types, based on their preferences.

Creating new ARGUS models with data imported directly from a property management system is now a single step when using Realm’s CONNECT data transfer tool. Utilizing an embedded link to CONNECT, ARGUS 11.0 automatically pulls in data via the reXML data standard from leading PM systems, such as Yardi Systems, at the push of a button.

In addition to these features, version 11.0 also includes new valuation techniques, such as direct capitalization, often used within the multi-family segment, and present value by source, allowing users to bifurcate the risk associated with tenants of varying credit quality.
