Dallas, TX – July 08, 2003 – Realm Business Solutions, Inc. and Yardi Systems, Inc. today announced the availability of ARGUS for Yardi™, a software solution that eliminates manual data entry and provides significant time savings by initializing and updating ARGUS models directly from the Yardi property management system.
This unique offering comes as the result of a strategic business alliance between Realm and Yardi instituted in April of this year, which establishes cross-platform data standards and co-sponsored applications to better facilitate the exchange of operating information throughout the real estate industry.

The ARGUS for Yardi solution uses Realm’s CONNECT tool to enable one-way data transfer from Yardi’s Enterprise and Voyager property management applications to Realm's leading asset valuation software, ARGUS. CONNECT uses the reXML real estate data standard to streamline data extraction and mapping from property management systems to financial analysis applications, such as Realm’s ARGUS, DYNA and BUDGET. Through the convenience of a web-browser interface, budgets and cash flow projections can be initialized in minutes with essential property, tenant, and financial information - eliminating data entry errors and delays associated with manual or spreadsheet-based methods.
