Two Thai condominium development projects were recently announced by Boathouse Hua Hin worth a total 2.9 billion baht (USD $94 million), according to the Bangkok Post.
The projects will be the final additions to the commercial real estate development that the company initiated in 2006. They are located on a 10-rai space, and the total property is 78.5 rai, the news source reported. The first part of the project, called The Legend, is slated to be started in early April. It has approximately 160 units, with sizes ranging from 46-130 square meters. These properties cost between 2.99 million baht and 10 million baht.
"The second project will be launched in the next few years and we plan to complete the project at the time," Prapaisith Tankeyoon, managing director of Boathouse Hua Hin, told the news source.
Boathouse Hua Hin has approximately 3 billion baht of property units available to sell, the report added. Of these, there are 50 condos, as well as 50 villas. These are priced at a total of 600 million baht.
