Objective
This is a one day class to introduce students to ARGUS Developer software. At the end of this one day seminar students will be able to create a Developer model and understand the outputs.

Class Information:
Class schedule: The course begins at 9:00am and ends at 5:00pm. You will have several breaks throughout the day. Lunch is on your own.

What to bring:
Computers and software will be at the location so you do not need to bring a laptop. You may want to bring your own notepad and writing utensil.

Materials:
You will receive workbooks with reference materials and case studies in class.

- Entry of development costs (i.e. land cost, hard costs, and soft costs)

- Multi-family/apartment development
- Capitalized rent (entry of market rent, lease term, and rent escalation)
- Entry of multi-family development costs
- Office/retail development
- Entry of tenants, rent, step rent, tenant improvements, leasing commissions and percentage rent
- Office/retail development costs
- Hotel/operated assets development
- Entry of operating revenues and expenses
- Analysis of cash flow report and project pro-forma

- Financing section (financing for entire project)
- Entry of sources, interest rates and loan points
