Improved User Interface

Using the latest Microsoft Office style menus and screens, ARGUS Developer’s user interface has been reengineered to be more efficient and usable. The appearance is more elegant and appealing, provides a consistent way to input data, and makes many of the advanced features easier to use.

Maps, Notes and Attachments

Provide additional data to clients and add professionalism to models by loading design documents, photos and images. Link and view the project to any online mapping solution directly from ARGUS Developer.
- Expanded project description fields allow better sharing of information on development models
- Online maps are fully integrated with ARGUS Developer – links the location of the project to a dynamic view of the area using online mapping tools
- Project image library adds photos, designs and other images to the project
- Project notes tab keeps everyone notified of issues

ARGUS Developer v6 improves the way to view and use reports. The new reporting feature makes it easier to organize and analyze results.

- Report exporting to Excel expands the usability of the results
- Reporting performance has been enhanced for faster calculations

Other Enhancements
- Additional KPI metrics to be included in the KPI dashboard: Equity Multiple, Average Vacancy %, Loan to Cost Ratio %, Development Yield based on first year’s income
- Use the Equity IRR to determine the land residual calculations
- Distribute profit to finance sources using a single equity multiple calculation
- Sensitivity analysis on operated assets: Occupancy, daily room rates and others are available in the sensitivity analysis calculation
- Added chart types for performance analysis and more details on other analysis charts
- Elemental Cost Summary report is a new report that shows the major cost groups broken out – each cost group shows the cost elements in detail
- Customer Feedback Center is new to all ARGUS solutions and allows our clients to add and track enhancement requests directly from ARGUS Developer
