ARGUS Appraisal Reporting Solution™ (AARS) provides commercial
appraisers with an easy-to-use report creation and management tool.

ARGUS Appraisal
Reporting Solution is also the first software program to meet the
Appraisal Institute’s Commercial Appraisal Reporting Standard (CARS) as
developed by the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE). The
CARS compatibility in the ARGUS Appraisal Reporting Solution allows
appraisal reports to be submitted digitally using XML. ARGUS Appraisal
Reporting Solution also integrates with ARGUS Valuation - DCF, which
allows users to import cash flow and valuation results, including
present value, direct capitalization value and net operating income.
ARGUS Appraisal Reporting Solution grabs data, tables and images from
various Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, and
intelligently merges the information into either pre-designed or
customized commercial real estate reports commonly used by appraisers,
brokers and other professionals in the industry.
Appraisers typically write reports using a previously completed
appraisal as a template and replace the old data and comparables using
Microsoft Word's “find/replace” and “copy/paste” options. This time
consuming, manual method lends to human error and increased cost. The
ARGUS Appraisal Reporting Solution automates this process, increasing
productivity, accuracy and efficiency for the appraiser or broker while
simultaneously benefiting the lenders via electronic capture and
transmittal of critical underwriting data points.

prepare a report as it stores content by appraisal type in a database –
information is typed once in the database and linked into Word and
Excel. This eliminates the search for information in prior reports.

and Excel. This allows appraisers to create more appraisals and promise
