AOD is designed to facilitate easy collaboration, rapid deployment and flexible user management for brokers, appraisers, developers and those involved with asset and investment management. AOD reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) for Enterprise clients, provides a lower cost alternative solution for small and mid-size business clients (SMB), and offers convenient collaboration between current and legacy ARGUS software users as well as other marketplace partners.
Using web services and thin client technology, AOD allows access to a shared application and process server and provides a dedicated database for each client. As a result, clients have limited involvement with upgrades and updates along with the benefit of 24/7 infrastructure support. A flexible and scalable licensing model provides both monthly or term subscription options, while a self-service web portal provides convenient application provisioning and account management. AOD is currently offered in North America with future plans for availability in additional international markets.
